PROJECT NEWS

On May 24, 2024, the Parklop project team held an official presentation of the investment project for the Rodelban high-speed toboggan track in Yerevan, on the territory of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel.
The event was organized for potential investors and interested parties. Representatives of the Parklop project team presented key aspects of the project, such as the business plan, economic efficiency, and expected profitability, and also answered all questions from the participants.

The Parklop presented the project of construction of an all-season Rodelbahn in Tsaghkadzor at the prestigious Forum of tourist areas held in early October 2024 in MineralnyeVody. The Parklop’s team presented the project to a two thousand audience of leading representatives of the tourism industry from Russia and CIS countries, including potential investors and partners.

Tourist areas forum gathered more than 200 speakers and became the key platform to discuss the development of tourism sector. Within 50 round tables and business sessions the participants discussed the implementation of the “Digital tourism” project, tax reform, legislative initiatives, investments and development, as well as promotion of tourist clusters in Russia and CIS countries, including Armenia.

The professional community commended the presentation of the project by highlighting its compliance with modern standards of the tourism industry. Participation in the forum allowed the Parklop team to establish direct contacts with the key players in the tourism market and get valuable feedback from the experts for the further implementation of the project.

For the year following the previous forum held in Sochi the company has achieved a significant progress in the implementation of the first phase of the project. A professional team has been formed, leading consultants and architects have been involved. The launch of the attraction is scheduled in mid-2025, the beginning of the high tourist season.

Currently the works with the contractors are coming to an end;the procurement of the equipment is in progress. The current agenda pursues signingofagreementswith the municipality of Tsaghkadzor, environmental assessmentupdate and obtaining permits for construction. The municipal status of the selected plot greatly simplifies the procedure of approvals.
